Description

The cotter pin machine is designed for the production of cotter pins from wire. The wire is fed from the coil holder into the roll wire feed system, and then the wire passes through the guide sleeve and enters the forming die. Adjustment and fine-tuning of the machine are possible on moving elements where articulated tips are installed, then it will produce a cotter pin. Wire feed setting, turning off/on of hydraulic cylinders, stroke, and duration are performed by the PLC controller.
