The Fiberglass mesh Coating line can produce fiberglass mesh with a max width not higher than 1000mm, which adopts vertical type and can prevent the mesh from hanging down due to its own weight. At the same time, the coating device adopts an air pressure structure, so that the adhesive be coated more uniformly, and makes the joint better, and safer for adhesive.
The baking dryer adopts natural gas type, with no internal resistance wire. It can heat up thanks to the mesh fabric in a circle and avoid mesh or burns. More importantly, the power consumption is less.
The heating temperature can be controlled in the control panel which can ensure that each piece of fiberglass will be the same heat. Of course, the finished mesh quality will be very good. this part is to work at high temperatures and while the clutch is similar to the principle of working at low temperatures.
We have a fabric shop that can make sure the machine will not be stopped when the fiberglass mesh load is put on the boot. The fabric store block can store about immersible up to 30m in the mesh.
